Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer and sell products and services online.

Images and digital previews are for reference and may not exactly represent the final projected result.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website may change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales taxes, or other destination-country charges.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or modify an order where a material pricing or listing error has occurred.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production or shipment unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing for a B2B, OEM, wholesale, or project order.
SECTION 5 – CUSTOM GOBOS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom gobos and other customized products are manufactured according to customer-selected specifications and submitted artwork.
Because these products are made to order, they may be subject to different cancellation, return, refund, and exchange conditions from standard stock products.
Production may begin after artwork, size, compatibility, material, color configuration, and other relevant order details have been reviewed and confirmed.
Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Details regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for custom-made products are governed by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
When you upload or provide logos, trademarks, artwork, text, images, designs, graphics, or other materials to Gobosolution, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the necessary rights to the submitted material; or
- You have received permission or authorization from the applicable rights holder to use the material for the requested production.
You authorize Gobosolution to use the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, adjust, manufacture, test, inspect, and fulfill your order.
Gobosolution does not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, privacy right, publicity right, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse production of artwork that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Gobosolution is not responsible for claims, losses, or liabilities arising from artwork or intellectual property supplied by the customer.
SECTION 7 – ARTWORK REVIEW AND PRODUCTION CONFIRMATION
For custom gobo orders, we may review submitted artwork for production suitability.
We may contact you if your artwork requires:
- Resizing
- Layout adjustment
- File conversion
- Color clarification
- Gobo size confirmation
- Material confirmation
- Projector compatibility confirmation
- Other production-related clarification
Production times may begin only after all necessary artwork and order details have been confirmed.
Where a digital proof or production confirmation is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the information carefully before approval.
Customer-requested changes after approval or after production has begun may result in additional charges or production delays.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY PROJECTOR COMPATIBILITY
Gobosolution may manufacture custom gobos for selected third-party projector systems.
For gobos intended for a non-Gobosolution projector, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including where applicable:
- Projector brand and model
- Existing gobo dimensions
- Gobo diameter
- Image area
- Mounting dimensions
- Photographs or measurements of the original gobo
Any compatibility recommendation we provide is based on the information supplied by the customer.
Gobosolution is not responsible for incompatibility caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect projector or gobo information provided by the customer.
Where compatibility cannot be reasonably confirmed, we may request additional information before accepting or producing the order.
SECTION 9 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND ACCURACY
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, modify, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, artwork, and product configuration information.
If an order contains incorrect information, you should contact us as soon as possible.
Once production or shipment has started, changes may not be possible.
SECTION 10 – B2B, OEM, WHOLESALE, AND BULK ORDERS
Bulk orders, distributor orders, OEM projects, wholesale orders, reseller orders, and other commercial or project-based purchases may be handled through our B2B quotation process.
Such orders may be subject to separate:
- Product pricing
- Minimum quantities
- Payment terms
- Shipping terms
- Production schedules
- Packaging requirements
- Custom specifications
- Project-specific conditions
Where a written quotation, purchase agreement, invoice, or project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written commercial agreement may take priority to the extent of the conflict.
We may require high-volume or commercial orders to be processed through our B2B sales team rather than standard online checkout.
SECTION 11 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production and processing times vary depending on product type.
Custom gobos generally require production before shipment, while projector-only orders without custom gobos may ship sooner.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Destination
- Carrier availability
- Customs clearance
- Local holidays
- Severe weather
- Remote delivery locations
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Detailed production, shipping, tracking, and delivery information is governed by our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 12 – CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a quotation, invoice, or order confirmation, such charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge.
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges.
For B2B and bulk orders, Gobosolution may provide estimated logistics and import cost information where reasonably available, but final customs charges are determined by the relevant authorities.
SECTION 13 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and applicable return shipping costs are governed by our Refund Policy.
Custom-made and personalized products may have restricted cancellation or return eligibility once artwork has been approved or production has started.
