Refund policy

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., errors made by us or material flaws).

  • Incorrect product (if the delivered item does not match the approved design).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Custom gobos that were approved by you and delivered as specified.

  • Orders delayed or lost by shipping carriers (partial refunds may be issued only after we receive compensation from the carrier).

Exchanges

Due to limited supply, we do not offer replacements or exchanges at this time.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to activate.

  • Delays in tracking updates do not affect the estimated delivery time.
